MBA stands for Masters of Business Administration.  It is one of the most popular, renowned and globally accepted degree in business, administration and management sector. There are different from of MBA like executives MBA (CMBA), MBA( Finance) , MBA(Marketing), MBA( Global Business) MBA(Economics) etc.

MBA is one of the first and most important choice for the students who want to peruse their career in different companies. It is also equally important for starting their own company and managing it. The scope of MBA is increasing in Nepal with increase in the expansion of government and private sectors in business and administrations like banking, insurance , finance, NGOs etc.

Although MBA is the main choice of the students in Nepal these days, yet they haven’t beer able to attain this degree due to the high cost of its study , ie about 500000 to 1000000. So many students from economically low background cannot afford to attain it.

As the solution of this problem many scholarships are provided to study MBA by the government of Nepal and different universities and institutions. Some scholarships are also provided by the universities of foreign countries.

The Pokhara University, Faculty of Management studies provides about 39 seats for scholarship to study MBA in different institutions of its affiliation each year. Similarly the Indian Embassy also provides about 120 scholarships for Nepalese students to study MBA in Nepal on different schemes. The selection of students for scholarship is based on examination.

Although these scholarships are available yet many students miss the opportunity for it due to lack of proper information about it. So our main aim is to provide information about scholarships available for MBA from different national and international websites and make it available at one place for the convenience of the students.
